Our poodles are raised at our home located in Modesto, California. Where we also own a grooming shop called A Yuppy Puppy. We go to shows usally around Northern California but also travel for shows out of state. We have been showing poodles for almost 10 years now and we love it.

Sharon has grown up working in her Mom's grooming shop. She has been grooming for almost 20 years. In 2006 she opened her own shop in Modesto. Her love for poodles began when she got her first standard poodle named Sabrina. Since then the poodles have multiplied.

Bethany Shimmel
Handler/ Breeder
Bethany has also grown up in her Mom's grooming shop and started showing dogs at the age of 13. She got her first show Miniature poodle when she was 14, shortly after she went to work for Margie and Tim Sullivan where she learned the tricks of the trade. She worked and traveled with them for a few years and now keeps busy showing our poodle crew and client dogs.
